【摘要】 目的探讨老年人声嘶病因及临床特点。方法对205例老年声嘶患者纤维喉镜检查结果进行分析。结果喉癌58例(28.29%),声带麻痹52例(25.36%),慢性喉炎39例(19.02%),声带息肉23例(11.22%),为老年人声嘶常见4种病因,占总人数的83.90%。结论老年人声嘶主要病因为喉癌与声带麻痹。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To discuss causes and clinical feature of hoarseness of old people. [Methods] The data of 205 cases of hoarseness in aged were analyzed with largyofiberoscope. [Results] The common 4 causes of hoarseness in aged were carcinoma of larynx (58 cases 28.29%), paralysis of vocal cord (52 cases 25.36%), chronic laryngitis (39 cases 19.02%), polyp of vocal cord (23 cases 11.22%), which occupy 83.90% of the all cases. [Conclusion] Carcinoma of larynx and paralysis of vocal cord are the causes of hoarseness in aged.更多还原
