液膜分离富集钽
SEPARATION ENRICHMENT OF Ta WITH LIQUID MEMBRANE
【摘要】 研究了DBC、2-Octanol、N205、磺化煤油和内相NaOH高效液膜体系分离富集Ta5+。实验了外相酸度、表面活性剂浓度、流动载体浓度和内相NaOH浓度对Ta5+迁移、富集的影响。结果表明,只有Ta5+能从常见金属离子如Nb5+、Fe3+、A l3+、Ti4+、Zr4+、碱金属、碱土金属、S iO32-、C l-、NO3-、C lO4-、SO42-、F-等,得到满意的分离。该方法已成功地应用于富集、测定纯铌和矿石中微量钽,结果相当满意。
【Abstract】 The separation and enrichment of Ta5+by DBC2octanol-N205-sulphonated kerosene and NaOH internal phase high performance emulsion liquid membrane system were studied.The effects such as acidity of the external equeous phase,concentrations of DBC-2-octanol,N205 and internal aqueous phase NaOH on the transport and enrichment of Ta5+ were experimental.Results show that only Ta5+ can be separated from normally encoumtered metal ions,such as Nb5+,Fe3+,Al3+,Ti4+,Zr4+,alkali metal,alkali earth metal,SiO2-3,Cl-,NO-3,ClO-4,SO2-4,F-,etc,with satisfactory.The method has been applied to the enrichment and determination of trace amounts of tantalum in pure Niobium and ores with satisfactory results.
