【摘要】 本文认为,我国纺织业要参与全球竞争,实施资本运营的外部交易型战略是大势所趋。同时,纺织行业所拥有的有利条件,使其开展国际资本运营具备了更大的可能性与现实性。一是高素质、低成本劳动力的无限供给,这种优势具有较强的现实竞争力;二是我国纺织服装业的成熟度已达到了较高的水平,形成了较完整的产业体系,生产能力稳居世界第一位;三是行业的市场化程度和开放性较高,市场力量已成为影响纺织行业运行的主导力量;四是纺织产业借助资本市场使资本要素配置更为合理、优化、灵活。更多还原
