【摘要】 本文认为,发展具有较高经济效益和社会效益的农产品加工业,是解决三峡库区产业“空虚化”问题、发展“三农”的必由之路。文章提出,三峡库区发展农产品加工业,现阶段的产业选择要注意规划,加大原料基地建设力度,发展设施农业;优先发展劳动密集型农产品加工业,培植特色农业产业,推动农村富余劳动力进入产业化领域;大力发展农产品加工生态工业园区;调整对龙头企业的扶持方式,逐步实现产业发展的自力更生和自强不息;鼓励发展中小企业。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author believes that developing agricultural products processing industry that producing relatively high economic and social returns is the inevit able choice for us to solve some certain problems with Sanxia reservoir area and encourage the development of "agriculture,rural,and farmer".To develop the agricultural products processing industry in Sanxia reservoir area,we should, first,pay more attention to scientific planning and the construction of raw mat erial bases;second,give priority to the development of labor-intensive agricul tural products processing industry;third,develop agricultural products processing eco-park;fourth,adjust the way of support for the leading enterprises;and fifth,encourage the development of SMEs.更多还原
