内囊出血大鼠血浆及心肌组织孤啡肽、垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽水平的变化
Effect of Internal Capsule Hemorrhage on Level of Pituitary Adenylate Cyclase Activating Polypeptide and Orphanin FQ in Plasma and Myocardial Tissues in Rats
【摘要】 目的研究内囊出血大鼠血浆及心肌组织中孤啡肽、垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽(PACAP)含量变化及其在急性心肌损害中的作用。方法建立大鼠内囊出血模型,用放免法测定血浆及心肌组织中孤啡肽、PACAP含量。结果大鼠内囊出血组血浆及心肌组织中孤啡肽含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01);血浆PACAP含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而心肌组织中PACAP含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论孤啡肽、PACAP含量变化在内囊出血后急性心肌损害过程中起重要作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of internal capsule hemorrhage (ICH) on levels of pituitary adenylate cyclase activa-ting polypeptide (PACAP) and orphanin FQ in the plasma and myocardial tissues in rats. Methods The ICH model was established by injection of autoblood into internal capsule in rats. The levels of PACAP and Orphanin FQ in the plasma and myocardial tissues were determined by radiommunoassay in 15 rats with ICH and 15 rats of control group. Results The plasma level of PACAP was signifi-cantly higher, and the myocardial tissues level of PACAP was significantly lower in the ICH group than that in the control group. The levels of Orphanin FQ in the plasma and myocardial tissues were significantly higher in the ICH group than that in the control group. Conclusion The changes in PACAP and Orphanin FQ of plasma and myocardsial tissues may play important roles in myocardial injury in the rats with ICH.
