【摘要】 目的探讨中药配合改良后巩膜加固术前后治疗高度近视伴黄斑出血的临床疗效。方法146例高度近视伴黄斑出血患者随机分为3组。A组为单纯中药治疗组,B组为单纯手术治疗组,C组为手术前后配合中药治疗组。用自拟统一诊断疗效级标准评估。结果经3月~6年随访,有效率:A组72.92%,B组69.57%,C组94.23%。临床效果比较A、B两组差异无显著性(P>0.01),C组优于A、B两组(P<0.01)。结论改良后巩膜加固术前后配合中药治疗对高度近视眼伴黄斑出血具有标本兼治、副作用少、安全可靠和疗效确切等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of traditional medicine herbs additional to improving posterior sclera reinforcement in the treatment of high myopia with macular hemorrhage.METHODS One hundred and(forty-)six patients with high myopias and macular hemorrhage were randomly divided into three groups:group A、B and C.The patients only drank traditional medicine herbs in group A.Operation was performed in the group B.Posterior sclera reinforcement was performed and the patients drank traditional medicine herbs before operation and after operation in the group C.They were uniform about criteria for diagnosis and therapeutic effect.RESULTS These patients were followed up from 3 months to 6 years after treated effectively.Efficient rates was 72.92% in the group A,69.57% in the group B,and 94.23% in the group C.Group A was similar to group B(P>0.01).Group C was much better than group A and group B(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS Compared with conventional treatment,traditional medicine herbs additional to improving posterior sclera reinforcement in the treatment of high myopia with macular hemorrhage can make absorption of macular blood and improve visual acuity.The traditional medicine herbs could be more safety and less side-effect.更多还原
