【摘要】 目的：观察铜针栓塞治疗颌面部静脉畸形的临床效果,并探讨其作用机制。方法：对26例颌面部静脉畸形患者进行直流电铜针栓塞治疗,26例患者中,15例进行1个疗程治疗,8例进行2个疗程治疗．3例进行3个疗程治疗,观察治疗后的局部反应。结果：26例患者术后均有明显局部反应,其中治疗有效23例,无效3例。结论：铜针栓塞术与常规手术相比具有创伤小、简单易行、费用低廉及疗效好的特点,是治疗颌面部静脉畸形的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE:To evaluate the clinical effects of maxillofacial venous malformations treated with electric copper needle embolization and explore its mechanisms.METHODS:26 patients suffering from maxillofacial venous malformations were treated with copper needle embolization.8 to 24 needles were inserted into the lesions according to the size of the lesions.The needles were 1.5 cm apart one from another.A pulsed electroacupuneture therapeutic apparatus, 6.0 V and 50 Hz,was used to provide galvanic current for 15 to 30 minutes.The treatment was repeated every day or every other day with 3 to 5 sessions as one course.The needles were usually retained for 5 to 7 days.The patients were followed up for 3 months to 3 years,the final treatment outcomes were evaluated subsequently.RESULTS:Of all 26 patients,15 patients underwent 1 session of treatment,8 patients had 2 sessions of treatment,and 3 patients had 3 sessions of treatment.23 patients responded to copper needle embolization,while 3 patients had no positive response. CONCLUSIONS:Compared with conventional methods,copper needle embolization has several advantages such as minimal injury,easily use,cheapness,effectiveness and safety for maxillofacial venous malformations.更多还原
