【摘要】 目的:探讨腮腺囊肿的组织病理学特征。方法:显微镜下观察35例腮腺囊肿的组织病理切片,根据腮腺囊肿的组织病理学特征进行分类。结果:腮腺囊肿可以分为4种组织病理学类型。单纯性腮腺囊肿14例,占40.0%;淋巴上皮囊肿15例,占42.9%;多囊性腮腺囊肿4例,占11.4%;表皮样囊肿2例,占5.7%。结论:根据组织病理学特征,腮腺囊肿可分为4种组织病理学类型。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE:To study the histopathological types of cysts of the parotid gland.METHODS:35 histological specimens of cysts of the parotid gland were observed under microscope.The histopathological types of the cysts of parotid gland were classified according to their histopathological features.RESULTS:The cysts of parotid gland were classified into 4 histopathological types.14 cases(14/35,40.0%)were simple cysts of the parotid gland,15(15/35,42.9%)were lymphoepithelial cysts,4(4/35,11.4%)were polycystic disease of the parotid gland and 2(2/35,5.7%)were epidermoid cysts or keratocysts.CONCLUSION:Cysts of the parotid gland can be classified into four histopathological types.更多还原
