金属网篮交叉点法预测煤自燃临界堆积厚度
Critical Accumulative Thickness Prediction of Coal Spontaneous Combustion with a Wire-Mesh Basket Crossing Point Method
【摘要】 介绍了一种研究煤炭自燃临界堆积厚度的新方法——金属网篮交叉点法,此方法具有消耗时间短、可重复性强、耦合度高的优点.利用自行研制的实验设备在国内首次运用此方法以小试样对3种煤样不同温度下的自然临界堆积厚度进行了研究,并对3起现场实例进行了分析,结果表明对自燃临界堆积厚度的研究可以为现场确定煤炭自燃重点防治区域提供理论依据,达到更为有效的防治效果,减少防治投入。
【Abstract】 A wire-mesh basket crossing point method was introduced to study the critical accumulative thickness of the coal spontaneous combustion. This method has the advantageous of time saving, good duplication and high coupling degree. The critical accumulative thicknesses of the coal spontaneous combustion at different temperatures were studied by this method using three coal samples with the experimental equipment developed by our project team. Three field cases were analyzed. The results show that the research can provide theoretical instructions for ascertaining the important area of coal spontaneous combustion, improve the fire-protection effect and reduce the cost of prevention.
