西部煤中有害痕量元素的洗选脱除特性
Washability Characteristics of Hazardous Trace Elements in Coals from Western Region of China
【摘要】 应用仪器中子活化(INAA),电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)和原子吸收光谱(AAS)分析我国西北部安太堡、乌达、大武口和太西4个选煤厂原煤、精煤、尾煤和煤泥中A s,Pb,C r,Hg,Cd,Co,N i,Se,M n,U,Th,Be,M o,Sb和B r等15种有害痕量元素的含量,结合实验室对安太堡和乌达2个选煤厂原煤样的洗选试验,分析了常规洗选方法对有害痕量元素的脱除效果.结果表明:A s,Hg,C r,Co,M n,Th等元素的脱除效果最好;Pb,U,Cd,Se,N i,M o,Sb等元素具有一定的脱除效果;Be,B r这2种元素脱除效果最差.
【Abstract】 The contents of fifteen hazardous trace elements such as As,Pb,Cr,Hg,Cd,Co,Ni,Se,Mn,U,Th,Be,Mo,Sb and Br in raw coals,cleaned coals,tailings and slimes from four coal preparation plants were determined using instrumental neutron activation analysis(INAA),inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) and atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).Combined with the tests results from coal preparation,the washability characteristics of fifteen trace elements were studied.The results show that theremoval efficiencies of As,Hg,Cr,Co,Mn,Th are the best,and Pb,U,Cd,Se,Ni,Mo,Sb moderate,and Be,Br the worst.
