氨氮生物硝化过程影响因素研究

【摘要】 NH3-N是源水和回用水的重要水质指标且控制十分严格.但由于其浓度比较低,生物脱氮过程中硝化菌的种类及动力学特性与高浓度氨氮系统不同,pH,温度和基质可利用性的影响规律可能也有不同.利用富集培养的硝化细菌就温度、pH和碱度对高、低浓度氨氮硝化的影响进行了研究.结果表明:低浓度氨氮硝化的温度系数(θ=1.105)大于高浓度(=θ1.099),温度对低浓度氨氮硝化的影响较高浓度大;偏碱性的环境更有利于低浓度氨氮硝化的进行,高浓度氨氮在pH=8或A lk/N=9.19左右时硝化速率达到最大,而低浓度氨氮最大硝化速率发生在pH=9或A lk/N=38.39左右.这3个影响因素对高浓度氨氮硝化过程中NO2-N的累积都有显著影响.但和温度相比,pH和碱度是影响低浓度氨氮硝化过程中NO2-N生成的主要因素.

【Abstract】 NH3-N,an important water quality index,is limited in discharge stringently.The ammonia concentration is very low,species of nitrifying bacteria and characteristic of nitrification kinetic may be different.The effects of factors such as temperature,pH and alkalinity on nitrification were discussed with enriched nitrobacteria.The results show that the influence of temperature on nitrification at low ammonia concentration was stronger than that at high concentration system.The alkaline condition is favorable to achieve complete nitrification of low ammonia concentration.The nitrification rate of high concentration ammonia is maximum at pH of 8 or(Alk/N) of 9.19,and that of low concentration ammonia achieve maximum at pH of 9 or(Alk/N) of 38.39.The three factors all had prominent effects on nitrification at high level.Whereas, Compared with temperature,pH and alkalinity were the main factors influencing ammonia nitrification at low ammonia concentration.
