【摘要】 本文通过对河南省煤炭开采区基本情况和煤炭开采造成的环境问题分析,提出了土地复垦和生态重建是进行煤矿塌陷区治理的重要措施。采煤塌陷区以土地复垦为主,结合矿山生态环境的恢复治理,通过采取工程、生物等措施进行土地复垦,实现生态环境改善。对于缓解矿区及周边的人地矛盾,为社会稳定创造条件,改善居住环境、促进人与自然的和谐发展,构建和谐社会具有重要的现实意义和长远意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,land reclamation and ecological restoration as the important countermeasures of curing the coal-mine subsidence area were proposed,based on the analyzing the condition of Henan province coal-mine area and the environmental questions that caused by the coal-mine.The coal mining subsidence area mainly recovered through the engineering,biological countermeasures,and combined with the recovery of the mining ecological environment to realize the improvement of ecological environment.These countermeasures will be the significant practical and strategical meaning for alleviating the contradiction between people and land of mining area and its surrounding,creating the conditions for the stability of society,improving the living conditions,accelerating the harmonious development of people and nature,and building the harmonious society.更多还原
