【Abstract】 This paper presents a set of valuation system for corporate diversified operation on basis of core competitive ability,which based on the five strategic assets in the theory of diversification and the dynamic relationships among the diversified operations.The system is not only useful to the decision process of identifying and developing a diversified operation,but also useful to the decision process of giving up an ill-performed operation in a core competence focused corporation.更多还原
