【摘要】 本文以协同发展为理论指导,结合煤炭的行业特点,对煤炭企业协同发展模式及其内容进行研究,建立一套煤炭企业协同发展体系。体系主要有生产与生态建设协同发展、生产与经营协同发展、生产与安全协同发展、煤与非煤协同发展、生产与外部协同发展、生产与文化协同发展、生产与创新协同发展等七部分,对各部分之间的关系以及功能进行研究,为解决“煤兴企业兴、煤衰企业衰”等长期困扰煤炭企业发展的问题,提供了可资借鉴的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper study the Harmony development model and contents of mining corporations directed by harmony development model and based on the mine industry characteristic,build up a new Harmony development system,which composed of the production and ecology-building,production and management,production and safety,coal and non-coal,production and exterior,production and culture,production and innovation and so on,study the relations among the different parts and their functions.this research provides a new consider for how to solve some problems such as the "coal flourish corporation flourish,coal decline and coration decline".更多还原
