【摘要】 多元化是企业在自身不断发展壮大过程中所采用的一种重要经营战略。文章简要分析了“狐狸型”和“刺猬型”这两种典型的企业的特点,阐明了核心能力是企业多元化经营的主要依托,企业要给自己一个合适的定位,不同的企业应该根据各自的实际情况走适合自己发展的多元化道路,盲目多元化只会导致企业经营风险的加大。最后提出了中国企业走多元化发展道路要按照“相关系数”的从大到小分“三步走”的战略思想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Diversification is an important strategy during the course of corporation development.This circle analysis in brief the characteristics of two typical corporations which include the "fox" type and the "hedgehog" type,clarifies that the core competence is the mostly support of the diversification,the corporations must have an appropriate position,the different corporations must have it’s own way which based on it’s own circumstances and can promote the development,the risk would increase if going the diversification way blindly.The correlative coefficient is an important data,corporation can develop it’s own diversification type in three steps.更多还原
