蜗轮三维扫掠路径与螺距的修正计算及实体建模
Worm Wheel’s Revision and Calculation of the Sweep Path and the Pitches to Three Dimensional Helix Thread and Solid Modeling
【摘要】 以渐开线蜗轮为例,依据空间几何关系,给出了蜗轮三维螺旋扫掠路径与螺距的当量解析式,并利用MDT6.0二次开发功能,介绍了一种简捷实用,又真实反映蜗轮运动型面的参数化实体建模的方法。该方法理论值精度高,不仅能解决圆柱蜗杆传动中ZX系列的蜗轮造型,还能进一步扩展解决环面蜗杆传动中TX系列的蜗轮造型,而且能避免繁琐的数学运算,为数控加工提供精确的坐标参数,还能为各类复杂的蜗轮蜗杆传动的虚拟设计及研究奠定良好的基础。
【Abstract】 According to space relation of geometry,firstly we introduced forth-equivalent analytic geometrical equation of the sweep diameter and the pitches to three dimensional helix thread by giving an example of involute worm wheel.And making use of the MDT6.0 and its function,we developed a sort of concise and practical method,its parameterized design and Solid Modeling method.This meth- od shows truely worm wheel’s surface shape.The method has high teoretical accuracy,solves the shape of worm wheals of“the Z X”series in cylindrical worm gearing,and further expands to solve the shape of worm wheels of“the TX”series in hourglass worm gearing.It can avoid the tedious mathematics operation,while also provides the precision coordinate parameters for NC machining. Furthermore this method can spread to lay a good foundation for the virtual design,research in each kind of complicated worm wheels and worm gearing.
