【摘要】 质量决策是为了达到提高产品质量的目标,对产品过程中可能会发生的或已经发生的各种质量问题进行分析诊断并采取相应措施做出决策的过程。讨论了产品过程中物质流与信息流之间的关系,指出物质过程需要通过信息流动来控制,继而提出产品过程质量决策的概念;然后站在企业管理者的角度,对产品过程的规划、设计、制造及使用四个主要阶段的质量决策过程及其相关因素进行了描述,并得出各阶段质量决策的共同目标是通过采取预防或纠正措施以减少或弥补产品物质过程执行同预期之间的偏差的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Decision-making of quality control means a kind of problem solving processes,for the purpose of improving product quality,aiming at quality problems both potential and appeared,from identification to diagnosis,then solutions and evaluation,selection and at last implementation.First- ly,this article discussed the relationship between material flow and information flow in product processes,indicated that the control of material process needs the help of information flow,and pro- posed the concept of Decision-Making of Quality Control in product process.Then detailed descrip- tion was given about the quality decision-making processes and related elements in planning,design, manufacturing,and usage,the four main stages of product process from the perspective of enterprise managers respectively.At last,a conclusion is arrived at that a common target of the four stages is to reduce or remedy the deviations between product material processes and expectations through preven- tive or corrective measures.更多还原
