基于矢模糊函数的旋转机械故障诊断方法的研究
Fault Diagnosis of Rotating Machinery Based on Vector Ambiguity Function
【摘要】 结合全矢谱技术与模糊函数,提出了一种矢模糊函数的新概念。定义的矢模糊函数继承了全矢谱技术与模糊函数各自的优点,既能全面地反应机械振动的全面性,又能很好地抑制Wigner分布中的交叉项干扰。阐述了矢模糊函数的定义、算法及其特点,并把矢模糊函数成功地应用到旋转机械故障诊断中。为了对比分析,还通过类似的方法定义了矢Wigner分布。仿真和实验结果表明,提出的矢模糊函数在旋转机械故障诊断中是非常有效的,矢模糊函数优于矢Wigner分布。
【Abstract】 Combined vector spectrum theory with ambiguity function,a new concept,i.e.vector ambiguity function(VAF)was presented.The defined VAF inherits the advantages of vector spec- trum and ambiguity function,i.e.it can reflect more comprehensive information of machinery vibra- tion and restrict effectively the interference caused by cross-terms in Wigner distribution.Here,the definition,algorithm and characteristics of VAF were discussed,and this method has been successful- ly applied to fault diagnosis of rotating machinery.In order to compare with VAF,another new con- cept,i.e.vector Wigner distribution,was also defined by using the similar method.Simulation and experimental results show that the defined vector ambiguity function is very effective in the fault diag- nosis of rotor system,vector ambiguity function is superior to the vector Wigner distribution.
