杯形砂轮精密磨削WC—Co涂层磨削力的试验研究

【摘要】 为了了解杯形金刚石砂轮精密磨削WC—Co涂层磨削力的特点,对杯形金刚石砂轮精密磨削WC—Co涂层的磨削力进行试验研究,进而对磨削力的特点、磨削用量影响规律和频率特性等方面进行分析。分析结果表明,杯形金刚石砂轮精密磨削WC—Co涂层时的磨削力具有其独特性。

【Abstract】 High machining efficiency and surface quality can be obtained in flat grinding WC-Co coating by cup wheel.But the differences of the flat grinding by cup wheel and conventional external grinding,lead to the differences of the grinding forces between them.In order to explain those differ- ences,experimental researches on the grinding forces in grinding WC-Co coating by cup wheel were done.And the characteristics and frequency of the grinding forces were analyzed too.The experimen- tal results show that the grinding forces in flat grinding WC-Co coating have its uniqueness.
