压力容器焊接基本现象模拟与仿真研究现状及展望
Recent Development and Status of Modeling and Simulation on the Fundamental Welding Phenomenon of Pressure Vessels
【摘要】 综述了近年来国内外在焊接基本现象模拟与仿真方面的研究现状及发展趋势,对焊接过程中的熔池流场、焊接温度场与力学场、焊接变形和残余应力、氢扩散分析、异种钢焊接接头碳迁移、特种焊接过程、焊接接头微观组织、焊接热影响区晶粒长大过程等的仿真模拟,以及焊接模拟计算机软件等进行了较全面的介绍和分析。
【Abstract】 Welding failure is one of the root causes of pressure vessel accidents. This paper reviews the development and status of modeling and simulation on the fundamental welding phenomenon, and introduces numerical simulations on fluid flow fields of welding pool, temperature and stress fields, welding distortion and welding residual stresses, hydrogen diffusion analysis, carbon migration of dissimilar welded joints,and special welding process. Besides, it discusses the numerical simulation of weld joint microstructure and grain growth in heat-affected zone (HAZ) of weldment. Recommendations on common software on welding simulation are briefed. Suggestions and development directions of numerical simulation of pressure vessel welding are given.
