大变形量楔横轧成形过程中内部缺陷的预防

【摘要】 利用有限元数值模拟研究了楔横轧工艺参数及二次轧制中不同变形量分配对轧件内部空心缺陷的影响,并对某汽车变速箱一轴和二轴的成形工艺进行了改进设计,对改进前后所得到的楔横轧轧件进行超声波探伤和低倍组织实验研究。结果表明:改进前的产品内部空心缺陷或疏松的产生率约为10%;改进后试生产的产品经检验完全消除了内部缺陷。可见,在变形量较大需要二次轧制的楔横轧成形过程中,轧件内部容易产生空心缺陷,通过合理的变形量分配及工艺参数的选择可以获得满足要求的合格产品。

【Abstract】 By using FEM(finite element method),the influences of t he model-parameters and the division of cross section reduced ratio on the interio r defects have been researched during the CWR(cross wedge rolling)process wit h two work steps, and the process design of two kinds of shafts used in one car ’s gear-box is improved. The finished products of the two processes are tested by the method of supersonic flaw detecting and metallographic examination. The r esult is: about 10 percent products exist interior defects at the beginning,whi le all the products by using the improved design are perfect. So, interior defec ts in the workpiece are easily brought during CWR with the process must be compl eted in twice, but accepted products can be achieved by the reasonable deformati on partition and parameter selection.
