板料局部管状凸台壁部增厚成形工艺与模具
Thickening Processes and Die for Local Tube Shape Bulge of Sheet Metal
【摘要】 采用拉深、翻孔等常规工艺,在板料上形成局部管状凸台,然后对管状凸台进行镦压成形,以保证凸台的高度和增强管壁厚度;运用DEFORM软件对给定零件的增厚成形过程进行了数值模拟,设计了模具并进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,不论是从外壁扩径增厚成形还是从内壁缩径增厚成形,一次成形均容易在圆角处产生折叠,而采用二次成形,利用模芯圆角半径R≥6mm进行预成形,然后精整圆角部分,可以避免在圆角处产生折叠的缺陷,提高筒壁与底部的连接强度,保证增厚成形部分的质量。
【Abstract】 The tube shape bulge of sheet metal is plastically deformed by deep-drawing and hole-flanging, and then the bulge zone is extruded to assure the height of the bulge and to increase the thickness of the tube wall. The numerical simulation for the given parts was made by software DEFORM, and experiments have been carried out with the experimental die. Wrinkling occurs at the corner with one operation, no matter thickening processes from outside wall or inside wall of the tubular part. When two operations are used, the parts are successfully deformed without wrinkling. The first step is pre-forming straight wall of tube shape bulge, where the angle of the transition fillet R≥ 6mm, and then concentrating on finishing the fillet. By means of above method, wrinkling at the corner can be avoided, and the tunnel walls thicken with a higher strength can be realized.
