支持产品协同设计的隐式特征表达
Collaborative Product Design Assisted by Implicit Feature Representation
【摘要】 在产品协同设计过程中,为了使特征在CAD系统内部环境里可编辑,提高实时性,提出基于特征的隐式模型表达,其实质是不交换模型的几何拓扑信息,而只是交换参数化信息,几何拓扑模型由系统通过几何建模引擎实现。通过建立交换特征库来表达形状参数以及特征与其他特征之间的结构化信息,实现基于特征的隐式模型交换。对于操作特征,提出了新的基于坐标引用的持久命名算法以解决引用拓扑实体问题。
【Abstract】 In order to make feature editable in CAD system internal environment during the course of product collaborative design and enhance the quality in real time,an implicit model representation based on features was proposed.In essence,in stead of exchanging geometry and topology information,only parametric information of features was exchanged,and leave geometry and topology information evaluated by CAD system internal environment.Feature structural information among other features and shape parameters were represented through exchange feature library,and implicit model exchange based on features was implemented.As for operative features,an innovative persistent naming algorithm based on coordinate referencing was proposed to solve the issues of topology entity reference.
