楔横轧多楔轧制铁路车轴可行性有限元分析
Feasibility Study on Multi-wedge Cross Wedge Rolling of Railway Axles with Finite Element Analysis
【摘要】 采用DEFORM有限元软件,建立楔横轧多楔轧制铁路RD2车轴有限元模型,进行多楔轧制过程有限元仿真,通过分析三楔同时楔入成形RD2轴的金属流动规律、轧件内部应力状态情况等,进一步阐明楔横轧多楔轧制铁路车轴的可行性。有限元分析结果为实现铁路车轴高效化、节能化、专业化生产提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 A numerical model of multi-wedge cross wedge rolling(MCWR) was developed, using DEFORM software. The rolling process of MCWR rolling RD2 axle was simulated successfumly, the three-dimensional regularities of metal flow and stress distributions were analyzed at length, and illuminated in figures. The results of simulation show that MCWR forming railway axles is feasible.
