乘用车侧门安全性试验台图像系统和控制系统的研制
Development of Image and Control Systems for the Vehicle Side Impact Test Platform
【摘要】 为了充分采集实车撞击的试验数据,研制了乘用车侧门安全性试验台图像系统和控制系统。图像系统采用三维法跟踪车身上数十个特征点的变形轨迹,控制系统以光为媒介,将加载系统和图像系统联系在一起,实现了加载和图像采集的同步控制。
【Abstract】 In order to fully gather the tentative data during the real vehicle collision,the image and control systems had been developed for the vehicle side impact test platform.The image system used a 3D process to track the distortion paths of dozens of characteristic points on automobile body,and the control system took the light as the medium,to synchronize the data gathering and control processes of the loading and image systems.
