弹簧刚度对TiNi形状记忆合金丝振动响应特性的影响
Influence of Spring’s Stiffness on Vibration Characteristics of TiNi Shape Memory Alloy Wire
【摘要】 以TiNi(含Ni的原子分数为50.2%)形状记忆合金丝为研究对象,在弹簧、砝码和形状记忆合金丝组成的无阻尼单自由度振动系统中,测定并分析了不同温度和载荷分布下,弹簧刚度对系统振动响应特性的影响规律。研究结果表明,随着弹簧刚度的增大,传递率增大,系统减振性能下降。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the damping properties of Ti-50.2at% Ni shape memory alloy wire, an undamped single-degree-of-freedom vibration system which was made up of spring, poise and shape memory alloy wire was constructed. The effects of temperature, load distribution and spring’s stiffness on vibration characteristics of the system was measured and analyzed. The results show that the damping capacity decreaseds and the transmissibility (TR) increases with the spring’s stiffness increasing.
