由TRIZ理论的通用解求问题的特殊解

【摘要】 将问题标准化后得到TRIZ通用解,再由通用解求领域特殊解是应用TRIZ理论解决创新设计的典型流程。通常,TRIZ通用解比较抽象,是有效求得特殊解的瓶颈。提出概念因子分解重构法用于该瓶颈问题的解决。基于时间、空间、客体三个概念解空间基本维度分解问题,获得概念因子及其相互关系,将其作为思维活动的信息载体,以TRIZ通用解为约束,以各种创新方法为基础,建立了可控性思维流程,提供了由TRIZ通用解求特殊解的系统的思维方法。

【Abstract】 The typical process for problem solving based on TRIZ is changing the specific problem into a generic one and getting the specific solution from the generic solution. The abstract of generic solution is the bottleneck for attaining the specific solution. Decomposition and Reconstitution Methodology of Conceptual Genes was put forward to resolve this problem. Conceptual Genes and their relationship can be obtained by decomposing a problem in three basic dimensions of Conceptual Solution Space, such as Time,Space and Object. They can be used as the information carrier of thinking. The controllable thinking process was established based on the constraints of TRIZ generic solution and other innovation thinking methods. It provides a systematic thinking methodology to search specific solution from the generic solution of TRIZ.
