【摘要】 目的评价北京市外来务工人员A群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗(MPV)、麻疹疫苗(MV)接种活动效果。方法采用描述流行病学方法分析比较外来务工人员流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)、麻疹发病等流行病学资料。结果MPV应接种721 668人,接种482 060人,接种率为66.8%;MV应接种641 490人,接种513 691人,接种率为80.1%。未发生接种不良反应。接种活动结束后,2004年外来人口流脑发病率为4.60/10万,20~40岁发病专率为3.85/10万,仍高于2000~2003年年平均发病率;2004年外来人口麻疹发病率为7.34/10万,比2000~2003年年平均发病率24.03/10万下降了69.5%;20~40岁发病专率下降了77.7%。结论对外来人口的大规模预防接种应尽量避开其流动高峰时期,避免由于接种对象流失削弱接种效果,成功进行大规模MV接种,能有效阻断目标人群麻疹病毒的传播,可根据目标人群流行病学特征进一步确定接种对象,以较低的接种成本降低目标人群的发病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and summarize experience of epidemic encephalitis and measles vaccination campaign on Beijing migrant workers in 2003/2004.Method To analyze vaccination campaign and compare one-year epidemiological data of target group after campaign event.Results (721 668) participants were vaccinated and 482 060 received vaccine.Vaccination rate is 66.8%.(641 490) participants were vaccinated and 513 691 were vaccinated.Vaccination rate is 80.1%.No side-effect was reported.Disease incidence of meningococcal meningitis of migrant rural workers is 4.6/100K,and 20-40 age group was 3.84/100K,which was higher than that of 2003.Overall measles disease incidence drops from 25.89/100k(2003) to 7.34/100K.The rate for 20-40 age group declines from 15.67/100k(2003) to 3.13/100k.Conclusion Large-scale vaccination campaign towards migrant workers should not be on the mobility peak period so as to minimize the adverse effect due to the moving of survey subjects.Successful large-scale inoculation can effectively thwart the spread of measles in target group.Epidemiological data can be used to identify proper target group.Lowering disease incidence of target group can be achieved by lower cost.更多还原
