【摘要】 目的测算全国地区和县级疾病预防控制机构免疫规划模拟运作经费并与实际状况比较。方法运用科学管理原理和标杆管理思想,确定目标群体,根据设定的公式,按照地区和县级免疫规划工作规范模拟运作的经费消耗进行计算,推算模拟运作全国地区和县级疾病预防控制机构经费配置,并与回顾性调查实际值进行比较。结果全国模拟运作的经费地区级为37 210.75万元,县级为144 873.83万元;回顾性调查实际的经费地区级为10 492.34万元,县级为41 390.30万元。结论免疫规划经费缺位地区级为71.80%,县级为71.43%,可以以测算结果为依据来研究经费配置的结构和额度,以便进行更科学的经费配置。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To calculate the finance allocation of the Expanded Program on Immunization(EPI) in China.Methods According to the theory of scientific management and Benchmarking,set the target population and the formula to calculate the finance of each part in the workbook of the Expanded Program on Immunization,in order to know the total expenditure at the levels of city and county.The expenditure are compared with the actual value of retrospective review.Results $372.11 million and $1 448.74 million are needed in the city and county levels of the whole Country,the actual value is $104.92 million and $413.9 million.Conclusion It is concluded that EPI expenditure at county level was short of 71.80%,and that of city was short of 71.43%,so the calculated results are scientific.更多还原
