【摘要】 目的了解甘肃省部分县乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗(HepB)接种情况及影响因素。方法采用按容量比例概率抽样方法抽取3 791名2001~2003年出生的儿童,调查HepB接种率及影响因素。结果HepB全程接种率平均为64.4%,2001~2003年出生儿童分别为57.5%、59.4%、76.5%。HepB1及时接种率平均为40.3%,2001~2003年出生儿童分别为34.9%、38.3%、47.8%。结论HepB全程接种率、HepB1及时接种率逐年提高。影响HepB接种的主要因素是出生地、居住地、社会宣传动员效果、家长/监护人乙肝知识的认知程度、预防接种免疫服务质量等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A survey on immunization coverage rates and affecting factors of Hepatitis B(HB)vaccine in Gansu Province of China.Methods (3 791) children born in 2001-2003 were involved in the survey by PPS sampling to be detected coverage rate for HB vaccine.Results Qualified coverage rate for HB vaccine was 64%,the coverage rate of the children involved in this study was 57.5%,59.4%,and 76.5% in 2001-2003,respectively.Coverage rate for first dose of HB vaccine timely vaccination within 24 hours after birth of the children was 40.31%,the coverage in this study was 34.9%,38.3%,47.8% in 2001-2003,respectively.Conclusion Qualified coverage rate for three doses and first dose of HB vaccine timely vaccination within 24 hours after birth of the children were increased year by year.Different birth place,different living areas,the effect of social form mobilization,the acknowledge of HB,the services quality impact on the coverage rate for HB vaccine.更多还原
