【Abstract】 A development scheme of a Portable Terminal and system for population and family planning information has been presented based on the embedded Linux system for solving the problems which include the uncultured method of collecting and managing the original population and family planning information,the low reliability of objects managed and served,and the slow and inaccurate statistics.The development process has been introduced in detail,and the whole system framework and one of the software flow charts have also been put forward.The result shows that the system avails perfect population information management system acording to its simpleness,rapidity,accuracy and safety on collecting information.更多还原
