【摘要】 目的通过对北京市东城区一社区高血压及高危人群进行为期一年的规范化管理与个体化健康行为指导,摸索出一套适合在社区中开展的高血压综合防治方案。方法以2002~2003年“北京市营养与健康状况调查”中筛选出的高血压及高危人群作为干预对象,在干预前后分别调查干预对象高血压知识、态度、行为等方面情况并测量体重指数、血压、空腹血糖、血脂等。结果干预后,高血压患者及高危人群的知识知晓率、体重控制率、限制食盐率均高与干预前(P<0.05);血脂水平比干预前明显下降。结论在社区中开展高血压干预对提高患者及高危人群的知、信、行水平有非常重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of hypertension in tervention among high-risk population in community after 1 year standardized management and personal heath behavior intervention,to study a comprehensive guidelines of prevention and control on hypertension in community.Methods Subjects with hypertension and high-risk for hypertension came from "an investigation of health status and nutrition among residents in Beijing during 2002～2003". An investigation of hypertension knowledge,attitude and behavior was carried and at the same time a serious test of BMI,blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose and blood lipid were drawr at the beginning and the end of the intervention.Results At the end of the hypertension intervention and high-risk for hypertension obtained much more hypertension knowledge the rates of hypertension awareness,weight control,salt intake limit were higher(P<0.05.At the same time blood lipid was lower than that at the beginning of the intervention.Conclusion Intervention on hypertension in community may play an important role on the improvement of hypertension knowledge,attitude and behavior among hypertension and high-risk population.更多还原
