【摘要】 目的了解江西省男男同性恋(MSM)人群艾滋病知识、态度、信念和行为的现状,进一步做好MSM人群的艾滋病防治工作。方法由经过专业培训的调查员对MSM人群进行一对一的问卷调查,问卷经严格审核后,输入计算机,用EpiInfo统计软件进行统计分析。结果共调查MSM200人,以青年为主,平均年龄25岁;文化程度以大学为主,占52·0%;职业以学生为主,占30·5%;婚姻状况以未婚为主,占85·0%;92·5%的人听说过艾滋病,并对艾滋病有一定的了解,对10个基本知识点的全部答对率仅为18·0%;MSM人群安全套使用率较低,每次使用安全套的比例只有22·9%。结论MSM人群年龄低、流动性大,预防艾滋病知识不全面,艾滋病防患意识差,存在着与女性工作者共同促进艾滋病流行的趋势,因此应加大对MSM人群的性病/艾滋病干预力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitudes, and practice (KAP) about STD/AIDS among the men who have sex with men (MSM) in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. Methods 200 MSM aged 25 on average who visited two internet bars, 52.0% being with the level of higher education, 30.5% being students of college and secondary school, 85% being unmarried, and 27.5% with religious belief, were collected by internet information, recommendation through friends, etc. A questionnaire survey including 89 questions about STD/AIDS was conducted among them by trained medical professionals. Results 91.0% of the respondents had heard of STD/AIDS. 50%～70% of them correctly described the symptoms of 8 kinds of STD and AIDS, only 23.0% correctly described the symptoms of 8 kinds of STD, and only 38.0% of them correctly described the symptom of “inguinal swelling”. Six of them had been diagnosed with STDs. 71.5% of the respondents had used condom. 30%～40% had adopted the preventive measures, such as having only one sex partner, avoiding sex with HIV-infected persons, etc. 91.0% of the respondents expressed their willingness to accept more STD/AIDS prevention knowledge and skills. More than 50% of them had more than one male sex partners. About 35% of the respondents had female sex partners, among which 43.0% never used condom. Conclusion Most of the MSM in Nanchang City are young and floating, with insufficient knowledge about STD/AIDS, and lack awareness of STD/AIDS prevention.更多还原
