【摘要】 目的了解广州市天河区环卫工人的身体健康状况,为开展环卫工人健康教育,改善他们的工作条件提供依据。方法对环卫工人进行体格检查,对其结果进行统计学分析。结果环卫工人的高脂血症、肝功能异常、妇科疾病的发病率较高。户外街道清洁工人的血压异常、肝功能异常、泌尿系结石的发生率明显高于其他工种;环卫女工妇科疾病的发生率尤为突出,宫颈糜烂发病率占首位,其次为阴道炎和子宫肌瘤。结论环卫工人的卫生保健知识不足,防病治病意识薄弱,进一步促进改善他们的工作条件,并对其进行健康教育非常必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know about the status of dustmen health in Tianhe District of Guangzhou City in order to providing the basis data for health education and improving their work condition.Methods The medical examination for dustmen was carried out.The results were analyzed by statistic software.Results Incidence rates of hyperglycemia,hepatic dysfunction and gynecological disease among dustmen were significantly higher than those of other kinds of worker,especially in gynecological disease.The incidence rate of cervical erosion was the highest and vaginitis and musculus uterinus lump were secondary.Conclusion The knowledge of medical care,disease treatment and prevention is insufficient among dustmen.It is essential to improve working condition and to carry out health education for dustmen.更多还原
