【摘要】 目的探讨以全面的参与式训练方法在训练健康教育培训者方面的效果,为进一步推广该方法提供实践依据。方法连续举办和指导了两期“健康教育培训者训练班”,共培训57名来自疾病控制系统不同专业领域的专业人员,女性占70.0%,年龄23~45岁,本科及以上学历者占82.0%,56.0%的人从事健康教育工作4年及以上,48.0%的人接受过参与式培训,只有16.7%的人组织过参与式培训活动。培训班前向各省、自治区、直辖市健康教育所和其他相关单位发出问卷,了解受训者的学习需求。组建教学指导小组,以建立关系活动代替死板的“开幕式”,指导学员的广泛参与具体实践,训练过程中教员随时进行评价,训练班结束时以座谈会的形式进行定性评价和自填问卷式的定量评价。结果受训者一致认为:该训练班别开生面、有创意,比以往参加过的任何一次培训班收获都大。对该班持非常肯定和肯定的学员达98.0%。结论以操练为主的全面参与式训练对培养健康教育培训者是非常有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of omnidirectional participatory training in training trainers of health education.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted before the training so as to assess the needs of the would-be trainees.Fifty-seven professionals from different specialties in disease control system,70.0% being female,aged 23-45,more than 82.0% being with the educational levels of regular college and over,56.0% having been engaged in health education for 4 years or more,48.0% having already received participatory training,and only 16.7% having organized participatory training,were trained in 2 workshops respectively.Before the training,a teaching group was established.During the training activities of establishing relations were used instead of stereotyped activities,such as speech of leader in the "opening ceremony" etc.The trainees directly participated in specific training activities under the guidance of the teachers.During the training the teachers regularly evaluated the effects.By the end of training qualitative evaluation was performed by informal discussions and quantitative evaluation was performed by questionnaire survey.Results All of the participants felt rewarded more richly by participating in such workshops than by participating in any other workshops.98.0% of the respondents adopted affirmative attitude toward such form of workshop.Conclusion Omnidirectional participatory training is very effective on training trainers in health education.This innovative practice is worth spreading.更多还原
