【摘要】 为全面了解健康教育与健康促进在医院领域的进展与发展趋向,作者对近20年来相关文献进行回顾与综述。系统分析了健康促进医院的提出背景及其理论基础,国内外健康促进医院试点项目的实施原则、内容、策略与评价。研究表明,医院是实施健康促进干预的重要场所,创建健康促进医院是21世纪医院建设的发展方向。创建健康促进医院旨在保护和促进患者及其家庭、医护人员和社区群众的健康,提高医院的全面服务质量,促进医院可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reviewing literatures about the development of health promoting hospitals in recent 20 years,the authors summarized the background and theoretic basis of health promoting hospital(HPH),the principles,contents,strategies and evaluation of the implementation of model HPH projects both aboard and at home.The conclusion is that hospitals are important settings of health promotion intervention.Construction of HPH is the trend of hospital development in the 21st century.The goals of HPH is to protect and promote the health of staffs,community residents,and patients and their relatives,build a healthy hospital environment,improve the quality of comprehensive health care,and promote the sustained development of hospitals.更多还原
