【摘要】 目的了解大连市区小学生家长对儿童铅中毒知识的知晓状况及其健康相关行为的现况,评价健康教育的干预效果。方法采用随机整群抽样对两个市区15所学校的3~5年级的学生家长进行问卷调查,对全校师生及家长开展相关知识及行为的健康教育干预,以相同的方法和相同的问卷评价干预效果。结果干预后,学生家长关于儿童铅中毒相关知识的平均得分显著提高(P<0.01);家长和学生的某些健康相关行为得到了明显改变。结论对小学生家长进行预防儿童铅中毒健康教育,可以同时指导家长及其子女的健康相关行为改变,对于改善我国儿童健康状况具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the knowledge rate of lead poisoning and the related healthy behavior among the pupils’ parents in Dalian City and to evaluate the effect of the health education of lead poisoning.Methods 2318 parents of the 3rd～5th graders from 15 primary schools in Dalian City were selected by random cluster sampling to undergo questionnaire sunrey.Then health education about the prevalence of lead poisoning was carried out all over the schools.The same survey was done with the same questionnaire after the education.Results After the education,the average score of the knowledge were higher obviously(P<0.01),and some related healthy behaviors were established.Conclusion Health education on pupils’ parents for preventing lead poisoning is very important,benefiting pupils and their parents to developt relevant healthy behaviors.更多还原
