【摘要】 目的总结MedliteⅣ美肤激光治疗仪治疗色素性皮肤病的疗效和不良反应。方法应用该激光系统的1064、532或650nm波长的激光治疗太田痣403例,咖啡斑256例,雀斑173例,文身、文眉、文眼线336例,黄褐斑97例,脂溢性角化病65例,毛痣19例。结果经过1～8次治疗后,太田痣,咖啡斑,雀斑,文身、文眉、文眼线,黄褐斑和脂溢性角化病的有效率达90%以上。毛痣的有效率为26．3%。本组1349例中发生色素改变49例、局部皮肤萎缩9例、轻度瘢痕形成2例,总体不良反应发生率4．4%。结论MedliteⅣ激光治疗仪治疗色素性皮肤病疗效好,不良反应发生率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect and side-effect in patients with pigemented dermatosis treated with MedliteⅣlaser. Methods Totally 1 349 cases were treated with this laser system,there were 403 cases of nevus of Ota,256 cases of cafe au lait spots, 173 cases of freckle,336 cases of incorrect tattoos of the body,eyebrows and eyelids line,97cases of chloasma,65 cases of seborrheic keratosis,and 19 cases of hair nevus.They were treated with 1 064 nm,532 nm or 650 nm wavelength of MedliteⅣlaser. Results After 1-8 times of treatment,the effective rate was noted respectively in all kinds of patients treated by all kinds of wave- lengths,except for the hair neuvus. Conclusions MedliteⅣlaser system could treat pigmented dermatosis and obtain excellent results with low side effect.更多还原
