【摘要】 目的探讨脉冲CO2激光切除眼睑血管瘤的方法及疗效。方法上眼睑血管瘤患者12例,睑结膜及眼球表面局部麻醉后,翻转上眼睑,以脉冲CO2激光非接触照射,使瘤体表面凝固,肿瘤缩小,然后于瘤体正中切开,切除血管瘤。结果12例患者CO2激光术后创面均1期愈合。术后随访2年,上眼睑血管瘤消失,眼睑外观恢复正常,无复发。结论CO2激光切除眼睑血管瘤,具有彻底、安全、简便、出血少的优点,适于临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treating method and value for eyelid hemangioma with CO₂ laser scalpel. Methods Eyelid hemangioma suffered in twelve patients was excised by CO₂ laser scalpel under local and surface anesthesia. Results The traumatisms of 12 patieonts were healed up within stageⅠ. Following-up for two years after operation, the distended blood vessel of eyelids was disappeared and the outward of eyelids was normalized without relapse. Conclusions The method that uses CO₂ laser scalpel to treat eyelid hemangioma is radical,safe,simple with fewer bleeding, which should be applied and propagated in clinic.更多还原
