Truss SPAR平台桁架的疲劳分析方法
ANALYSIS METHOD OF TRUSS’ FATIGUE OF TRUSS SPAR
【摘要】 根据SPAR平台的柱状特点,从线性系统运动方程出发,推导了SPAR平台的垂荡响应函数,选择P-M波浪谱,得出垂荡响应谱,由垂荡响应谱得出作用于桁架的疲劳载荷谱。通过细化有限元网格计算热点应力,采用Goodman公式修正应力幅值,基于规范的S-N曲线计算了管节点的疲劳寿命。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the fatigue life of truss parts of a Truss SPAR.The heave response amplitude Operator of SPAR platform is deduced from the motion function of linear system.The heave response spectrum is obtained by choosing P-M wave spectrum.The fatigue loading spectrum is gotten through heave response spectrum.The hot-stress is calculated by finite element method,and then the Goodman function is used to modify the stress amplitude.The fatigue life of tubular joints is carried out based on S-N curves.
