【Abstract】 Environmental risk impact assessment(ERIA) of harbor plan is discussed in the paper and its procedures are also put forward according to the characteristics of harbor master plan.Based on the case study of Yingkou Harbor Master Plan,potential problems in application of ERIA for harbor plan are explored,and it is considered that environmental risk analysis of harbor master plan should focus on the extent and scope of environmental impact of MCA(maximum credible accident) as well as its spatial relations with other functional area and neighboring sensitive sites.更多还原
