【摘要】 船舶碰撞事故法律责任划分是一项复杂的技术分析工作,运用各种先进的分析手段可以改善人脑分析中的不稳定性。在对海事法规归纳整理的基础上,结合多属性决策中的层次分析法,为解决船舶碰撞的责任分析及责任划定提供了一个行之有效的数学模型。考虑到碰撞事故责任划分的复杂性、综合性,针对不同的因素采用不同数学手段确定权重值,得出责任划分的具体结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The differentiation of legal responsibilities for ship collision accident is complicated,the application of advanced analysis methods can improve the unsteady factors of human brain analysis,an available mathematical model is provided in this paper,based on "Admiralty law" and by using AHP.Thinking about the complexity of responsibility differentiation in ship collision accident,for different factors,different mathematical approach is adopted to determine weight value and get the concrete result of responsibility differentiation.更多还原
