【摘要】 目的评价海安县肿瘤高发乡南莫镇近年来开展社区恶性肿瘤健康教育措施后居民在防治肿瘤的知识和行为方面的变化。为进一步改进健康教育与健康促进措施提供依据。方法随机抽取海安南莫镇社区居民1 141人,进行肿瘤知识、信念行为方面的调查并与1998年的基础调查资料进行比较。结果在海安县肿瘤防制重点南莫乡开展的一系列肿瘤健康教育措施,使居民的防制肿瘤相关知识水平有了显著提高;肿瘤相关行为发生了明显改变。结论健康教育可以提高居民肿瘤防制的知识水平,并改变他们的不健康行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the improvement of knowledge and behaviors on cancer prevention after health education intervention;To provide the basic information for evaluation of cancer health education.Methods 1?141 residents were randomly sampled from a high cancer incidence rural area of Haian County.The K-A-P Questionnaire was given to the investigators.The results were compared with those of the investigation conducted in 1998.Results After the intervention,residents gained more knowledge about cancer prevention and ameliorated cancer related behaviors.Conclusion Cancer health education can improve the knowledge level of cancer prevention and change the unhealthy behavior.更多还原
