【摘要】 目的了解我国育龄男女非婚性行为发生情况,为项目干预措施提供基础资料。方法2005年11~12月采用分层、三阶段与规模成正比的容量比例抽样方法获得调查对象,采用统一调查问卷由统一培训的调查员入户进行面对面调查。结果90%以上的育龄男女认为人应该只有1个性伴侣,其中约1/3认为多性伴增加性传播疾病和艾滋病的危险。20.2%的未婚男性有过性行为,其中47.8%在第1次性行为时没有使用任何避孕方法,42.2%使用了避孕套。8.7%的未婚女性有过性行为,30.4%在第1次性行为时没有采取避孕措施,43.5%使用了避孕套。1.6%的已婚男性、0.5%的已婚女性和25.6%有过性行为的未婚男性、4.3%有过性行为的未婚女性有过临时性伴侣,且相当比例在发生性行为时未使用避孕套。结论虽然大多数认为应该只有1个性伴侣,但仍有一定比例非婚性行为的发生,并且在发生非婚性行为时避孕套的使用较少。在加强道德教育时,还应加大避孕套使用的宣传力度,保证安全性行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the occurrence of sexual behavior with non-spouse among reproductive age men and women.Methods Population Proportional to Size sampling method was employed in sampling.The sampled women and men were interviewed face to face with uniform questionnaire during the period of time from November 2005 to December 2005.Results More than 90% interviewed men and women agreed that one person should restrict sexual relationships to a single sexual partner,and about 1/3 interviewed men and women agreed with that was because of afraid of STI/HIV/AIDS.The proportion of unmarried men who had already have sex experience was 20.2%,and 47.8% had used no contraception during their first sex,42.2% used condom.The proportion of unmarried women who had already have sex experience was 8.7%,and 30.4% had used no contraception during first sex,43.5% used condom.The proportion of having non-regular sexual partner was 1.6% among married men,0.5% among married women,25.6% among un-married men with sex behavior and 4.3% among un-married women with sex behavior,and many of them did not use condom during intercourse.Conclusion Although most people agreed that one person should restrict sexual relationships to a single sexual partner,sexual behavior with non-spouse had happened,and condom use was still not satisfactory.Efforts should be put both on moral education and condom use to ensure safe sex.更多还原
