【摘要】 目的了解流动人口的自测健康状况,并分析艾滋病/性病健康教育对流动人口自测健康的影响。方法应用自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)对3组对象(流动人口组、流动人口对照组和当地人群对照组)进行测试,然后对流动人口组实施性病/艾滋病(STD/AIDS)健康教育,并在干预后1周再次用SRHMS对3组对象进行测试。结果流动人口的总体健康和心理健康得分与当地人群得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),生理健康得分高于当地入群(P=0.01);社会健康得分低于当地人群(P=0.000);干预后流动人口的生理、心理、社会健康和健康总分均有显著性提高(P<0.01)。回归分析显示,影响流动人口社会健康的是生理健康和心理健康。结论流动人口的社会健康问题应受到关注;在流动人口中开展STD/AIDS健康教育,可有效地提高流动人口的健康水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the self-rated health status of floating population,and to analyse the effect of STD/AIDS education on self-rated health among floating population.Methods The self-rated health measurement scale(SRHMS) was administered to 3 groups(floating population,control and local group).Then the floating population group was received STD/AIDS education.After 1 week of that,the SRHMS was administered again.Results There were no significant differences on total score and mental score of health between floating population and local.The physical score of floating population was higher the that of local(P=0.01),whereas the social score of health was lower than that of local(P=0.000).After HIV/A1DS education,the physical score,mental score,social score and total score of floating population improved significantly(P <0.01).The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that physical health and mental health had an important effect on social health.Conclusion We should pay attention to the social health of floating populations,and the HIV/AIDS education is an feasible and effective way to improve their health status.更多还原
