【摘要】 目的探讨二硫化碳染毒对小鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法将48只小鼠随机分为4组,其中低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组分别采用不同浓度的二硫化碳进行染毒,空白对照组不吸入二硫化碳。染毒5周后,分别取以上各组小鼠心肌组织,用免疫组织化学S-P法检测各组小鼠心肌组织中Caspase-3的表达。结果低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组心肌组织中Caspase-3的表达呈阳性表达。结论二硫化碳对小鼠心肌组织有毒性作用,可诱导小鼠心肌细胞的凋亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of carbon disulfide infection of mice myocardial cell apoptosis.Methods Forty-eight mice were divided randomly into four groups.Three experimental groups were inbreathed different concentration carbon disulfide with low dosage,middle dosage and high dosage.The blank comparison did not imbibes with it.Five weeks later the myocardium of the all groups were taken;expression of caspase-3 in the myocardial cell was measured by S-P immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of the caspase-3 presented the masculine in all groups without blank group.Conclusion The carbon disulfide has poisonous function to myocardial organizes in mice,and it can induce the apoptosis of myocardial cell in mice.更多还原
