【摘要】 目的:观察手法复位外固定治疗孟氏骨折并肘关节脱位的疗效。方法:1998年1月-2004年12月,采用先复位脱位的肘关节,再行骨折断端沿着与移位相反方向进行复位的整复原则行手法复位外固定治疗孟氏骨折并肘关节脱位11例,按Bado分型:Ⅰ型5例,Ⅱ型4例,Ⅲ型2例。结果:经6个月~7年,平均2·5年随访,骨折愈合时间平均为5周。按功能评定:优8例,良3例。结论:儿童孟氏骨折并肘关节脱位治疗首选手法复位,可获得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the manual reduction for the treatment of Monteggia fracture associated with elbow joint dislocation in children.Methods:From January 1998 to December 2004,11 cases of Monteggia fracture associated with elbow joint dislocation in children were treated with manual reduction,the elbow joint dislocation should be reduced at first,and then the fracture extremity should be reduced along the direction opposite displacement.According to classification of Bado system:Type Ⅰ had 5 cases,type Ⅱ 4 cases,type Ⅲ 2 cases.Results:All the patients were followed up from 6 months to 7 years in an average of 2.5 years.All the fractures healed in an average healing time of 5 weeks.According to standard of evaluation,8 cases obtained excellent,3 cases good.Conclusion:The manual reduction should be firstly selected for the Monteggia fracture associated with elbow joint dislocation in children.更多还原
