钢纤维增强聚合物改性混凝土的冲击性能
Steel Fiber Reinforced Polymer Modified Concrete Impact Behaviors
【摘要】 采用改进的SHPB装置对普通混凝土(PC)、钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)和钢纤维增强聚合物改性混凝土(SFRPMC)做了在不同冲击速度(10.9、20.8、27.4 m.s-1)下的冲击试验。试验结果表明:3种材料的抗冲击性能依次为普通混凝土差,钢纤维混凝土中,钢纤维增强聚合物改性混凝土良。进一步的分析说明钢纤维混凝土具有以刚克刚的性能特征;钢纤维增强聚合物改性混凝土具有以柔克刚的性能特征,是一种刚柔相济的复合材料,且具有良好的抗冲击性能,是理想的桥面铺装材料。
【Abstract】 Authors researched the impact behaviors through the impact test of PC,SFRC and steel fiber reinforced polymer modified concrete(SFRPMC) at different impact velocities(10.9、20.8、27.4 m·s-1) with SHPB.In reference to the property of 3 kinds resisting impact,PC is the worst;SFRC is better and SFRPMC is the best was found by experimental research.It shows that the SFRC has the the property of holding strength against strength;the SFRPMC has the property of holding ductility against strength and it is a kind of composite material which complements each other with strength and ductility.It also demonstrates that the SFRPMC has good resisting impact behaviors,and is good bridge deck pavement material.
