【Abstract】 "The 11th Five year plan" connects "independence" with "innovation" and upgrades to the strategic height of nation to initiate,which will realize the local economy development by leaps and bounds. The essay dissects deeply the essence of independent innovation and analyses stressly the forms for the independent innovation. Taking above mentioned factors into consideration, we may conclude that the independent innovation is not only called by national conditions, but also inevitable demands for building a well-off society in an all-round way and making Chinese economy sustainable.更多还原
