【摘要】 目的测定过氧乙酸和84消毒液浸泡IVC笼盒消毒灭菌效果。方法测定在不同浓度、不同时间内浸泡IVC笼具的细菌总数及笼盒内空气落下菌。结果与结论0.2%、0.5%、1.0%、2.0%过氧乙酸和84消毒液浸泡IVC笼盒5 min均可达到消毒无菌效果,为了安全保险,本实验室采用0.5%过氧乙酸和0.5%84消毒液浸泡10 min,效果很好,一年多未见污染,裸小鼠质量检测可达SPF级。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the disinfection effects of acetic peroxide and 84-disinfectant on individually ventilated cages(IVC).Methods IVC cages were soaked with acetic peroxide or disinfectant-84 for corespondingly fixed time and concentration.The total bacteria and air borne bacteria(koch) in IVC cages were determined.Results and Conclusion IVC cages can be disinfected by both 0.2%,0.5%,1.0%,2.0% acetic peroxide and disinfectant-84,respectively,for 5 minutes.To be safe,we soaked IVC cages with 0.5% acetic peroxide or disinfectant-84,for 10 minutes,alternatively.The effect is excellent.No pollution has been observed for more than one year.SPF is obtained for nude mice kept in such disinfected IVC cages.更多还原
